An interesting silvered and engraved dial 8-day longcase clock with date in the arch.
Blued steel hands, seconds hand, and 12" dial.
The 'E' was dropped from the town name in the late 1800's, probably due to the expansion of the railways.
Housed in a mahogany case with London style brass inlay to the hood columns.
Fully restored dial and case, in good working order.
